Insurance & venue COIs: Fully insured at $1M general liability. Certificates issued same-day, even on Friday-of. Pre-approved at venues we work most.
Backup rig & redundancy: A complete second rig — backup tools, materials, lighting — in the truck at every install. No be-right-back moments. No silent sculptures.
Do-not-play lists: Honored absolutely. Send us a list of zero song requests or four hundred — neither gets played. We also keep a tier for tracks you're lukewarm on.
Hours & consults: Events Friday through Sunday. Planning consults Tuesday through Thursday evenings, in person at the studio or by phone via bobwade@earthlink.net.
